Business Workshop Series - Social Media Strategies

Social media is the primary tool business organizations use to communicate with customers.  Crafting and implementing social media strategies require an understanding of the channels, the goals, and the content.  

This workshop equips participants with insights into deploying digital marketing strategies, emphasizing the integral role of social media strategies in engaging with prospects and customers in an authentic and professional manner.

However, the strategies of digital marketing have become more complex due to challenges such as privacy updates, email fatigue, and reduced visibility of user behavior. To succeed in this landscape, it is crucial to engage with customers, gather first-party data, and adapt to the changing trends. By utilizing data effectively, implementing personalized content to segmented databases, and establishing authentic connections through social media, businesses can continue to grow and increase sales.

The objective of this workshop is to provide an overview of how businesses, regardless of their size or whether they operate in a B2B or B2C context, deploy digital marketing strategies and tools to promote their products or services. Participants will gain an understanding of how digital tools and social media play a vital role in various marketing pillars, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, website design, content marketing, and marketing automation.

Throughout this workshop, students will acquire hands-on experience in developing, producing, and implementing digital marketing strategies. They will also learn how social media platforms and strategies integrate into each aspect of digital marketing. Moreover, the workshop will cover leading tools that effectively measure and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns at every stage of the customer journey.
