This summer, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University will host faculty from the Center for Koru Mindfulness for a three-day teacher certification workshop at its Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus.

This summer, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University will host faculty from the Center for Koru Mindfulness for a at its Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus. This training, which will take place from Aug. 1-3, will equip trainees with the skills that they need to teach Koru Mindfulness, an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for emerging adults.

On April 3, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University is bringing together experts and stakeholders to explore the issue of mental health on college campuses with the 2019 Larry Pollock Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State of Wellness Summit.

The 2019 Larry Pollock Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State of Wellness Summit will take place on Wednesday, April 3, from 5-8 p.m. at the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center Ballroom with the theme “State of Mind: Creating a Community of Health, Hope and Awareness.â€

Active Minds honors Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University with a 2018 Healthy Campus Award for fostering a culture of health and wellness for students and the entire Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State community.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s strategic focus on the health and well-being of students is receiving national recognition. Active Minds, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising mental health awareness among college students, announced Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State as a winner of the prestigious 2018 Healthy Campus Award.
