Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University President Todd Diacon and University Trustee Ren Camacho have been recognized among Northeast Ohio's most influential leaders in the 2024 "Power 150" list published by Crain's Cleveland Business.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed two new trustees to the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees. DeWine named Gregory White, J.D., of Concord Township, Ohio, to a nine-year term as trustee and Abygail Deemer of Warren, Ohio, to a two-year term as an undergraduate student trustee.

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees endorsed the 2024 University Remediation Report at its Dec. 12 meeting. The report provides a comprehensive overview of student remediation at the university.

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at noon on Thursday, Dec. 12, in the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center, Room 306, on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus.

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Oct. 2 on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus. This special meeting is being called solely for the purpose of enabling trustees to retire into executive session to consider specific topics as provided under Ohio’s “Sunshine Law.â€

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees welcomed the Class of 2028 during its regular quarterly meeting held Sept. 18 in Crawford Hall and congratulated the university administration for this year’s strong enrollment.

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The Board will consider the recommendations of the standing committees, proposed personnel actions and new business.

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees approved the updated Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Complete College Ohio Campus Completion Plan as part of a state and institutional commitment to increase dramatically the number of college degrees awarded in Ohio. The plan was approved during the Board’s regular quarterly meeting held May 22.

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative at 1309 Euclid Ave., Suite 200, in Cleveland to consider the recommendations of the standing committees, proposed personnel actions and new business.

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Board of Trustees approved the establishment of four new majors during its regular quarterly meeting held March 6 on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus. The Board also approved recommended actions for the East Main Street Project in Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ and a naming action.
