Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University at Stark recently hosted a hands-on STEM workshop aimed at inspiring young women in mathematics and science. Funded by the Mathematical Association of America’s Tensor Women & Mathematics Grant, the event was part of a larger initiative called the Mathematics Excellence for Girls in STEM program.

Rising Scholars Summer Institute at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Stark provides opportunities to experience campus.

 
This summer, high school students from across the region gathered at the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University at Stark to participate in the Rising Scholars Program’s Summer Institute. Among them was Aireanna Tyson, a senior from Canton City School District’s Early College Academy, who plans to major in pre-med.
