KENT STATE STARK HONORS PROGRAM

Since 1986, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University at Stark has offered academically talented students the opportunity to take their education a step further by joining the Honors Program. Students participating in the program can tailor their studies to meet their personal interests and professional goals, enhancing their overall college experience.

The 100+ students in the Honors Program enjoy smaller class sizes that focus on discussion and interaction, rather than lecture-style teaching. Students are encouraged to help professors determine the content and direction of Honors courses. Honors students are given the opportunity to turn any class into an Honors course by working with a faculty member and an Honors advisor. The possibilities are endless!

Whether students are completing an individual study project, a senior thesis or a study abroad opportunity, Honors students agree their favorite college experiences are their Honors experiences.
