The Role of the University Diversity Action Council (UDAC)
The University Diversity Action Council (UDAC) is an action-oriented equity council designed to support campus efforts to advance and sustain belonging and inclusion at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University. UDAC consists of Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State faculty, staff and administrators. All eight campuses are represented, and the council meets monthly.
UDAC offers new member and returning member tracks. New members will attend trainings for their first year. Returning members will serve on a consultation committee that provides support and direction to equity work happening across the university.
