It's not leftover decor from Ñý¼§Ö±²¥'s Rainbow Weekend, but a remnant of the weekend's rain that lingered on into the morning. This colorful display over Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ came and went very quickly as weather conditions changed from sunny, to rainy, to sunny again.
