The flags are a project by Mark Morrison, a junior accounting major in the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship, who reached out to University Facilities Management and the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center for permission and approval of the display. The 2,977 flags are placed in memory of each life lost on Sept. 11, 2001.
