Renovations this week in the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center presented a unique opportunity for Flashes to leave "time capsule" messages. 

A blaze burns the prairie grass that grows behind the Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center during a controlled burning by the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Fire Department.

The protected prairie surrounding Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center will be burned on Friday, April 29, starting around 9 a.m., to allow for new growth during the summer season.

This year marks the ninth year Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University is being recognized by the Arbor Day Foundation’s Tree Campus USA program.
