Named for the designer's mother, Sukeina features stunning fashions by Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University School of Fashion and Merchandising Hall of Fame inductee Omar Salam. 

Digital Projects Librarian Virginia Dressler shows the collection of sketchbooks and scrapbooks of Pauline Trigere, which are being digitized by University Libraries.

New York couturière designer Pauline Trigère, whose career spanned more than five decades, left behind a legacy of fashion innovation meticulously preserved in volumes of sketchbooks and press clippings. Those volumes have had a home at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Libraries since 1993 and soon will be accessible to everyone.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Fashion design seniors, Sarah Tothero and Breanna Weiss and another classmate have partnered with a faculty member in the College of Nursing to design special garments for older adults.

Inspired by the needs of one student’s grandmother, several Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Fashion design majors are partnering with a faculty member in the College of Nursing to design special garments for older adults who live alone.
