Walk and Talk – Getting the Most Out of Your Walk

Join us on Tuesday, Aug. 7, from noon to 1 p.m. when Beth Michel, recreation program officer with the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, will explain how to get the most out of your walk as we tour a section of the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus.

The meeting location to start the walk is at the Black Squirrel Statue between the University Library and the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus. Meet at noon with a departure time of 12:10 p.m. and return just before 1 p.m. Employees participating in the Wellness Your Way wellness program will receive 10 Tier Two points for each walk and talk. Registration is not required.
