Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State of Wellness, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s healthy campus initiative, is again offering its free, virtual, four-week, 75-minute Koru Mindfulness classes to students, faculty and staff during the Spring 2021 Semester. Join the many members of the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State community who have already undergone Koru Mindfulness training.
If you have completed a Koru Basic class, enroll in Koru 2.0 to maximize the benefits of mindfulness.
Registration also is open for our free, virtual Koru Mindfulness Silent Retreat coming up on Saturday, Feb. 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This half-day silent retreat is for Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State students, faculty and staff who have taken one or more Koru classes or who are brand new to mindfulness.
