Everyone is sad from time to time, but depression is different. What is sadness, and when does this normal every day emotion spiral into a clinical diagnosis? This informative workshop will explore the difference between a day or two of sadness versus depression.
Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 25, from noon-1 p.m. in the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center, Room 313, for a discussion about self-care and when medication or other treatment should be explored. We also will discuss just how common depression is and what you can do to support yourself or a loved one who is combating depression. The presenter is Matt Williams, M.A., PCC-S.
Registration is required. A light lunch will be provided.
