Developed in partnership between Human Resources Training & Development and Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Engaged and Emerging Professionals (KEEP), Mentoring Mondays provides a way for Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State employees to connect as mentor and mentee. Join KEEP over the lunch hour for round-table-style discussions with professionals in a variety of fields.
Why group mentoring? Group mentoring allows a mentor to reach multiple mentees at once. Although structured as a group setting, each individual mentee can grow professionally through group mentoring.
A mentee can be any KSU employee dedicated to their own professional growth. All sessions are virtual.

Be a Mentor!
Mentors are full-time employees who have a minimum of 5 years work history at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University and a desire to coach a small group of mentees on their area of expertise. The initial meeting will be one hour, over lunch, and afterwards mentors will be connected with the group of mentees if both would like to continue the connection. To be eligible, mentors must also have a satisfactory performance evaluation on file and permission from their immediate supervisor.
