Yes. Requests for reimbursement from your Health Care or Dependent Care FSA for calendar year 2015 must be submitted no later than June 29, 2016. Eligible health and dependent care expenses for which you are requesting reimbursement must have been incurred during the 2015 plan year or during the grace period (Jan. 1, 2015, to March 15, 2016).

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. Testing Your Faith Act (H.B. 353) was enacted in the Spring 2023 semester. This administrative policy allows students to report up to three days of unexcused absences to participate in religious holidays or community-held events in alignment with their spirituality.
