Job Description

Vice President for People, Culture and Belonging Amoaba Gooden serves as an executive officer and the university's chief people officer, providing overall leadership for the Division of People, Culture and Belonging. VP Gooden leads and oversees the university's human resources and people-related strategies including attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture and employee engagement, and aligning the university's workforce with its strategic goals, priorities, and core values. Dr. Gooden serves as a member of the President's Cabinet and advises the President and Executive Officers on issues related to people, culture and belonging.
