Luke Fausnaugh
Biography
Luke Fausnaugh is a 20+ year veteran business partner specializing in the fields of Human Resource Management and Organization Development. His areas of focus include training, process analysis and implementation, and HR strategic functions. In 2018, Luke completed 24 years of active military service in which he facilitated broad multi-level process improvements. Additionally, he led the Equal Opportunity program, training and diversity educational events.
In his civilian career, Luke has been instrumental in strategic and tactical support for leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives. His change-agent approach has led to expanded levels of expertise in administrative HRIS development and procurement, regulatory compliance, DEI compliance, employee and labor relations management and consulting, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) arbitration and union contract negotiations.
Luke holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organization Development, with certifications in SHRM, SHRM-SCP, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace through USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Luke is a Director At-large for the Akron area SHRM chapter and enjoys certifying scuba divers as a PADI Course Instructor.
