Participants will learn to craft effective business communications, including emails and letters, keeping them professional through clear, concise messaging. Additionally, the program will prepare participants to write more persuasively to garner stronger response rates.
Upon conclusion, participants will have a strong grasp of writing with audience awareness in mind.
