Moving and Delivery
Our Services
The Receiving and Distribution team provides assistance with a variety of moving and delivery services:

Relocation of offices/departments due to moves or building renovations

Set up for special Events

Delivery of freight too large or heavy to be handled by individual departments

Delivery of various publications to be distributed on campus

Residence hall furniture inventory and redistribution
All work is scheduled using the University Facilities Management ReADY Work Request System. To request service, please submit a work request through FlashLine (accessed through Employee / Workflows / Maintenance Requests / ReADY Work Request).
Hours of Operation
7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
