In Episode 2, Diacon talks with a student and an assistant professor from Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's College of Aeronautics and Engineering about the research they are conducting involving birds, drones and the challenges in keeping them from colliding in the sky.

Katie Horn is a sophomore aeronautics major, who participated in the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) last summer. Syed A.M. Shihab, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's College of Aeronautics and Engineering. He currently teaches Modeling and Forecasting for Aviation Logistics Planning and Introduction to Aerospace Engineering.
