Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Reviewing Language from Ohio Bathroom Bill

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University is reviewing the language of a bill recently signed into law by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine that requires colleges and universities to designate separate bathrooms, locker rooms and overnight accommodations for the exclusive use of either males and females, based on one’s gender assigned at or near birth. 

The new law takes effect Feb. 25.

As a public, state institution, Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State follows Ohio law.
