Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University's third annual Juneteenth observance began with Friday's Juneteenth Jubilee at Manchester Field on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus.
Performances included rapper and mental health advocate /, along with other musicians and dancers. Vendors and food trucks were also part of the celebration.
On Monday, the university was closed and no classes were scheduled.
