It's back! The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Spring Food Truck Series, from University Culinary Services and a group of participating local vendors begins on Wednesday, April 3, and continues each Wednesday through May 1.
Each Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State will welcome a variety of food trucks and Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's own Fork in the Road food truck to Risman Plaza to share their unique menus with students, faculty, staff and the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ community.
For April 3, the food truck will include Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's Fork in the Road, Mamacita's, So Co and Galaxy Grill. For the full schedule of activities by University Culinary Services for spring, follow this link.
