IN A FLASH: The Campus Is Her Classroom

Sheren Faraq, Ph.D. (second from right), is the director and assistant professor of the Horticulture Technology program at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University at Salem. She has found that the woods, grounds and gardens in the 100-acre footprint of the Salem Campus offer spectacular opportunities to provide her students with hands-on learning experiences.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's Regional Campuses offer bachelor's degree, associate degree and certificate programs tailored to meet the needs of the communities they serve.
