Every Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Farmers' Market this semester included a cooking demonstration from one of the chefs from Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's University Culinary Services

Chef Walk has all the pro chef moves!

The Oct. 17 Farmers' Market at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's Student Recreation and Wellness Center featured Executive Chef Stephen D. Walk preparing spaghetti squash. As Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's new executive chef, Walk oversees all dining and retail operations.

This is the second-to-last date for the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Farmers' Market this semester, with the final event scheduled to take place from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 14, inside the Design Innovation Hub. A mushroom dish is planned for the cooking demonstration that day. 

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Farmers' Market resumes for the spring semester, beginning Feb. 20 and will continue to feature cooking demonstrations by Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State chefs.
