Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University employee Mark van ‘t Hooft, Ph.D., took to the Netherlands for four days this summer and walked 125 miles in the largest multiday marching event in the world.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University employees participate in the Lunchtime Rejuvenation Yoga session – a regular wellness offering on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The 12-week On the Move University Challenge begins Oct. 2 and provides Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State faculty and staff with a blue and golden opportunity to move more, sit less and become the Most Active University in the nation!
