For Non-Ohio Residents enrolled in ֱ State Online Programs and Courses
All ֱ State University online students should attempt to resolve complaints with the University before they contact their respective state agency. The ֱ State University Policy Register entry on “Administrative policy and procedure for student academic complaint” describes the appropriate procedures. The ֱ State University Office of Student Ombuds also provides information and assistance related to university policy, complaints, and grievances.
