• Parties are scheduled in 2-hour blocks with a minimum of 1-hour between parties.
• Reservation times as follows can be flexible and may vary with SRWC hours and holidays:
  • Fall/Spring
    • Fridays
      • 5 - 7 p.m. or 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
    • Saturdays & Sundays
      • 1 - 3 p.m.
      • 4 - 6 p.m.
  • Summer
    • Fridays
      • 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
      • 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
    • Saturdays
      • 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
    • Sundays
      • Closed
• Reservation includes admittance for 30 total attendees. Additional passes can be purchased at the Member Services Desk on the the day of the party.
• One chaperone is required for every 10 participants under 18 years of age.
• Theme decor can be included for an additional fee (see rates below)

• Standard Party Rates
  • $150: Member
  • $175: Non-member
  • Full payment due prior to reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
• Additional Options
  • Additional Staff: $25/hour/staff
  • Additional passes: $6 per person
  • Water Volleyball: $25
  • Water Basketball: $25
  • Inflatable Dog (lap pool): $75
  • High Ropes Course: $100/hour
  • Climbing Wall: $100/hour
  • Archery: $25/hour
  • Theme decor: $60
    • Decorations typically include 10 balloons or balloon arch, 2 rolls of streamers, a birthday sign, tableware (plates, cups, napkins, plasticware and tablecloths), and other decor if available. 

• Recreation Party
  • 2 hour use of the non-member mall and exclusive use of one of the following:
    • 1 court on the Sports Arena
    • Multi-purpose Gym
• Pool Party
  • 2-hours of exclusive use of the wet classroom and unlimited time in the natatorium.
  • One adult guardian must be in the water for every three children who are 8 years of age and younger.

The ����ֱ�� State SRWC is excited to announce a new partnership with Marco’s Pizza, providing guests with a wide variety of delicious and fresh catering options for your special celebrations. All catering requests will be managed through our Reservation’s team and handled by our staff. Once your order is placed, one of our team members will reach out to confirm your request. We kindly ask that the catering payment is made no later than the Monday prior to your SRWC reservation.

• Outside food is prohibited. The following items are allowed:
  • Desserts
  • Side dishes (veggie trays, chips, etc.)
  • Non-alcoholic drinks
  • All other food must be ordered through our Reservations Team from Marco’s.
• Additional Options:
  • Access to a freezer is available.
  • Balloons, streamers, signs, and tablecloths are welcome if theme decor is not purchased through your reservation - see rental rates section above for information on theme decor options.
  • Confetti, candles, and glitter are prohibited.
  • Please do not bring in personal tape, instead ask an employee for tape.
• The SRWC will provide the following items:
  • 9” paper plates
  • 6” paper plates
  • Plastic Cutlery (knives, forks & spoons)
  • Plastic cups
  • Napkins
