Porthouse Ticket Policies

Late Seating

Patrons arriving late to performances will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance. The seating of latecomers is up to the discretion of the House Manager.

Children

Porthouse Theatre recommends that children aged 3 and under not attend performances. Regardless of age, all children need a ticket.

Electronic Devices, Cameras and Recording Devices

Patrons are required to turn off or silence their mobile phones and/or other electronic devices prior to entering the theatre. Texting is prohibited. The house manager reserves the right to ask a patron to leave if caught using an electronic device during a performance. No refund will be given if this occurs.

The use of any recording device, either audio or video, and the taking of any photographs with or without the flash is strictly prohibited. Patrons who violate this rule will be asked to surrender their equipment to an usher until after the show and will be required to delete any photos or video taken during the performance.

Dress Code

It is recommended that patrons dress appropriately for Porthouse's outdoor location.

Food and Beverage

A concession stand is available for patrons from 90 minutes prior to curtain through the end of intermission. Patrons may also bring their own food and beverages onto Porthouse's grounds for consumption prior to the performance. All food items are prohibited in the theatre and should be consumed in one of Porthouse's pavilions or at a picnic table prior to performances or during intermission.

Only water is permitted in the theatre.

For the safety of all, Porthouse patrons are asked to not bring glass drinking containers or receptacles into the theatre.

Inclement Weather

Porthouse Theatre does not cancel performances for reasons of inclement weather. In the event of a weather emergency, a performance may be stopped until the danger passes. Refunds are not offered due to inclement weather.
