Visitor Parking

Visitors to the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus have the following parking options:

  • Park at a parking meter/Passport mobile payment zone.
  • Purchase a permit from a pay station located within the Student Recreation and Wellness Center lot or the C-Campus Center Drive lot.
  • Park at the Student Center visitor's lot, maximum rate: $7.50 per visit. There is no charge after 6 p.m. on Fridays and on weekends. The Student Center lot is closed from 3 a.m. – 5 a.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Purchase a One-Day permit for $4 from Parking Services.
  • Purchase an Evening and Weekend Visitor's permit for $30 per semester from Parking Services.

DeWeese Health Center Visitor and Patient Parking: Visitors and patients may park in the designated spaces in the R6 Deweese parking lot. If a parking ticket is received during the visit, give it to the University Health Services receptionist.

Student Accessibility Services: Students who are taking a test or visiting the Office of Student Accessibility Services must park in their assigned parking lot, the Student Center visitor's lot or pay to park zones.

Academic Department Visitors: Visitors to academic departments may obtain a visitor's permit from the department. Call the department prior to your visit for parking instructions.

Human Resource Services and Solutions: HRSS is located in Heer Hall off Loop Road. Visitor parking is located next to the building. Visitors must register their license plate number and sign the visitor's log at the receptionist's desk.

Ice Arena and Ice Hockey: The Ice Arena is located at the corner of Loop Road and Johnson Drive. Non-permit holders may purchase time through a meter or the Passport mobile payment zone.  Permits are not required from 4 p.m. Friday through 11 p.m. Sunday.

University Library Visitors: University Library is located on Risman Plaza, across from the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center. Visitor parking is available in the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center visitor’s lot for a maximum rate of $7.50 per visit. There is no charge after 6 p.m. Friday and on weekends. The Student Center lot is closed from 3 – 5 a.m. Monday through Friday.  

Information Services: Information Services is located in Stewart Hall off Loop Road. Visitor parking is located in front of the building. Visitors must register their license plate number and sign the visitor's log at the receptionist's desk.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center Visitors: The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Student Center visitor's lot is located in front of the Student Center on Summit Street. Visitor parking is available for a maximum rate of $7.50 per visit. There is no charge after 6 p.m. Friday and on weekends. The Student Center lot is closed from 3 a.m. – 5 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Museum Visitors: The museum is located at the corner of State Route 59 and Lincoln Street. Visitor parking spaces are located adjacent to the building in the R1 Rockwell parking lot. Visitors must register their vehicle license plate number and sign the visitor's log upon entrance to the museum.

May 4 Visitor Center & Memorial: There are two dedicated visitor spaces located in the Taylor Hall parking lot. Visitors must register their vehicle license plate number and sign the visitor's log upon entrance to the Visitor Center. In addition, parking meters are located around the Taylor Hall parking lot located off Midway Drive.

Office of the University Architect: OUA is located in Harbourt Hall off Loop Road. Visitor parking is located next to the building. Visitors must register their license plate number and sign the visitor's log at the receptionist's desk.

Portage Hike & Bike Trail: Parking Services has reserved free 4-hour parking in the Summit East lot and at Dix Stadium for those persons using the trail. Both lots are located off Summit Street.

Procurement: Procurement is located in Harbourt Hall off Loop Road. Visitor parking is located next to the building. Visitors must register their license plate number and sign the visitor's log at the receptionist's desk

Schwartz Center: The Schwartz Center is located on the corner of Morris Road and Summit Street. Visitors to the Schwartz Center can park in one of the visitor's spaces located in the R12 parking lot.

Student Recreation and Wellness Center: Non-permit holders may purchase a temporary permit from the pay station (kiosk) located within the SRWC lot or through the Passport mobile payment app. Permits are not required from 4 p.m. Friday through 11 p.m. Sunday.
