Sophomores in Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program took an oath and received white coats in a ritual that sets a standard for healthcare professionals.
These ceremonies, taking place in January at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's Geauga, Salem, Stark, Trumbull and Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ campuses, were Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State's first White Coat Ceremonies for BSN nursing ntudents.
Following the ceremonies, which also included a blessing of hands, the nursing students can begin their clinicals and work in the field.
