American Advertising Federation Chapter (AAF Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State)

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State) is a student-led advocacy organization for the advertising industry.

As an on-campus hub for undergraduate and graduate students interested in all aspects of advertising, AAF Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ brings together those interested in advertising, fashion design and merchandising, marketing, entrepreneurship, visual communication design, and communication studies. 

Mission

The mission of AAF Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State is to empower college students and members to champion advocacy, pursue enriching internships, explore diverse career opportunities, and foster a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. 

Opportunities

AAF Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State will provide students with opportunities to gain insights into the advertising world, forge connections with industry professionals, and discover internships and job prospects to propel their advertising careers. A few examples include the following:

Professional Development

AAF hosts a corporate internship program and student applications are shared with companies across the country looking for top talent for their internships.

National Student Advertising Competition

The National Student Advertising Competition provides more than 2,000 college students with the real-world experience of creating an integrated marketing campaign for a corporate client. 

Most Promising Multicultural Students

AAF’s Most Promising Multicultural Students program connects the nation’s top multicultural college seniors with the advertising industry and professionals.
