James provides strategic leadership and direction for the Security, Infrastructure, Research Technology, and Support teams.
James Raber is the Associate Chief Information Officer charged with the strategic oversight in Security, Infrastructure, Research Technology, and Support services. With a focus on the customer experience, James leads a diverse range of areas including Security, Identity, and Access Management, Research Technology, Network and Telecom, Server/Cloud/Infrastructure, Training & Outreach, Classroom Technology (AV), Client Services, Change Management, and Service Management. James's prior experience includes directing Identity and Access Management teams, Data Management, Help Desk, and end-user support. James holds a PhD in Educational Psychology, a Master's degree in Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, all earned here at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University.
