LIKES MOST ABOUT KENT STATE:
The value the university places on its arts programs. The support of my colleagues. The commitment of the university to traditionally underrepresented communities in the academic arena. Bonus - the campus and the local area are beautiful.
ATTRACTION TO KENT STATE AS AN EMPLOYER:
Larger university than where I was previously. Theatre is given more administrative support. The graduate theatre program is nationally known. The theatre facilities are all in one building (this is a rarity it seems).
