My name is Jon Evanick. I am a sophomore majoring in Public Health with a and I plan on graduating in the spring of 2025. During my first year at ����ֱ�� State, I lived in one of the Tri Towers –&�Բ�����;Koonce Hall. The number of friends I met in the elevator shocked me.

I never considered becoming a Resident Assistant (RA) until one of the residence hall directors recommended the position. I always trust the guidance of staff and faculty at ����ֱ�� State, which led me to apply for the role. Taking this job has been a pleasant surprise. I am proud of the safe environment and home I helped to create for Olson Hall. 

For some students, ����ֱ�� State residence halls are merely a place to sleep at night. For others, like Caleb Strack, his dedication to housing has opened the door to many opportunities.

When ����ֱ�� Interhall Council hosted CAACURH during the fall 2022 semester, many different designs were seen on campus leading up to and throughout the event. Celia Martin, a senior visual communication design major and multimedia designer for University Housing and Culinary Services, is responsible for much of the design.

“I designed all of the assets for the event (e.g. logos, wayfinding signs, maps, shirts, stickers). Certain things were more straightforward, some I had more creative freedom over,” Martin said.
