Project Advancing Wellness and Resilience Education (AWARE) Ñý¼§Ö±²¥, a new three-year program at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University, is offering a Mental Health First Aid course to Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University students, faculty, and staff. The course is an evidence-based training that teaches people to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. The eight-hour course is free, and participants earn 1500 FLASHperks (a rewards program that offers prizes) for completing the course. The date of the first course will be announced soon.
