This list summarizes some of the key support resources that are available to all graduate students at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State.
The CARES Center works collaboratively with students to secure resources that meet their basic needs:
CARES is an acronym that stands for Crisis, Advocacy, Resources, Education, and Support. The center works to connect all Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State students with both on and off-campus resources supporting their financial, food, housing, and mental well-being basic needs.
Well-being:
Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State of Well-being is the university-wide effort to promote wellness, focusing on eight key areas.
Meditation (Well-being):
Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State of Well-being is offering Meditation Across Campus, an opportunity to join in with other members of the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State community for free, virtual, facilitated meditation sessions with weekly drop-in times available
Mental Health Support Resources:
This list compiles all the on-campus mental health services and select off-campus county, Ohio and national resources for students.
