Who Can Apply?
Program Eligibility
This program is open to individuals 19 years or older—or those under 19 who cannot be served by a Talent Search project—who meet one or more of the following criteria:
- From an income-eligible household (qualified for government assistance)
- First-generation college students (neither parent completed a 4-year degree)
- Individuals with documented disabilities
- Current or former foster youth
- Homeless individuals
- Limited English proficiency
- Members of underrepresented groups in higher education
- Veterans, their spouses, or their children
