Photos that illustrate a sense of place and support the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University Guide to Marketing are necessary throughout the website.

The following resources are provided to assist all Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State web editors in their efforts to include compelling images on the website they maintain.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State Photo Archive

The Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University photography gallery contains compelling images that document campus life and the beauty of the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University campuses. Faculty and staff headshots are also available for use in profile pages. The images are free for use when promoting programs associated with Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University. They can be used in print, on the web, etc.  In order to download photos you will need to and request it be activated by Bob Christy, rchristy@kent.edu.

Information Graphic Library

Information Graphics are used throughout Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State websites to call out points of pride and facts about the university or specific university programs. Graphics are hyperlinked to areas of the website with more information about that fact.

Images for the Web Workshop

The Web Images Workshop reviews best practices for using images on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State website. The workshop is a hands-on approach to resizing, cropping and saving images for the web using Pixlr (online freeware).
