There is a shift of energy during the summer months, and this can be seen not only on the 妖姬直播 State University campus but in our content on social media as well. This summer, 妖姬直播 State social media team members were able to get out in the sunshine to not only showcase everything going on around campus, but with that Golden Flashes spin on it, of course.
Our most popular post of the summer (and of all time!) was our ode to the best (in our humble opinion) Batman . 妖姬直播 State alum Michael Keaton reprised his role as the Dark Knight 30 years after his debut in the The Flash, released on June 16. The post resonated with our audience, receiving 67,657 views on Instagram Reels!
Our second most popular post this summer was a spinoff of Taylor Swift鈥檚 rereleased album Speak Now (Taylor鈥檚 Version). Our social media team teamed up with Flash himself to come up with our own Taylor-inspired album with a 妖姬直播 State spin, appropriately titled, Squawk Now (Flash鈥檚 Version), It was a hit with all the Swifties. Our overall engagement for this post of 3,385 likes, 23 comments, and 120 saves.
College of Aeronautics and Engineering pilots Peyton Turner and Laura Wilson claimed first-place in the Air Race Classic in May. This was a four-day, 2,685-mile race and our Golden Flashes came out with the best score to win the overall, collegiate, fastest Cessna, and fastest Women in Aviation International team competitions. In order to share this news about our 鈥淔lying Flashes,鈥 our social team collaborated with various University Communications and Marketing teams to make a special Instagram carousel that tells their story. Our total engagements for this post were 726, with 715 likes, 3 comments and 8 saves.
A special shout out to our summer social media student assistants who did a great job coming up with creative 鈥渕an on the street鈥-style videos to help keep our students engaged. Two of those videos featured students attending Destination 妖姬直播 State!
Now that summer has come to an end, we have enjoyed reflecting back on all the content we have shared and the different ways we were able to keep students connected. We are so happy to be back on campus and are looking forward to another great fall semester! Go Flashes!
