·¡²Ô³Ù°ùé±ð - Nigerian Fried Rice & Fried Goat Meat 

Ingredients:

  • Salt: 1 oz
  • Curry Powder: 2.5 tsp
  • Thyme: ½ tsp
  • Red Onion: Half of a medium onion
  • White Onion: half of a medium onion
  • Knorr Chicken Bouillon: 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil: 1.25 cups
  • Bell Peppers (Green): 1 pepper
  • Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Orange): Half a pepper each
  • Parboiled Rice: 2.5 pounds
  • Beef Liver: 2 pounds
  • Gizzards: 0.5 pound  
  • Mixed Vegetables: ~6.4 oz
  • Habanero Pepper: Small piece (to taste)
  • Bay Leaf: 1 leaf
  • Goat Meat: 1 pound

Instructions: (Nigerian Fried Rice)

  1. Wash rice and fry it in oil with curry or fried rice seasoning.
  2. Add water or meat stock to the rice.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables with seasoning and bullion.
  4. Add cooked liver to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Finally, combine the cooked rice with the stir-fried vegetable.

Instructions: (Fried Goat Meat)

  1. Wash & cut the meat into desired sizes
  2. Deep fry in hot oil
  3. Side – Nigerian Fried Plantain

  • Deep fry in hot oil
