There is nothing like it - holding a tiny baby in your arms. As a parent, you most likely know what it is like to get flooded with a rush of those ooey-gooey feelings. But why? How does it happen and what is the science behind those feelings for dads?
Business Insider reached out to Heather Caldwell, associate professor and graduate coordinator in Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s College of Arts and Sciences. Caldwell explained the profound mystery behind the body’s way of producing a baby high.
"Maybe you hung out with kids before and you didn't get that feeling. There's something special about fatherhood, though maybe not for all men. We don't really know yet," Caldwell said.
