Faculty Club
A Faculty Club is typically a place where faculty and university members gather for formal or informal meetings, dinners and social events throughout the year. Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State has its own iteration of a Faculty Club, begun just over a decade ago by former Provost Dr. Paul Gaston. He initiated the monthly receptions upon arriving at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State in 1999 as an opportunity for faculty of different disciplines to meet in a non-academic setting. Since its inception, colleges and units across the university have sponsored the Faculty Club receptions throughout the academic year.
