JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Office of Diversity Outreach and Development in the College of Education, Health and Human Services on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus. We are charged with the recruitment and retention of first-generation, underrepresented and minority students to Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University.

As a first-generation Hispanic college student, I wanted the opportunity to have a position dedicated to supporting underrepresented and minority students to gain access to college, graduate college and get a graduate degree.

I studied early childhood education and student affairs administration at the University at Buffalo for my undergraduate and graduate programs respectively.
