For decades, biologists researching a cure for Alzheimer’s disease have remained in the dark almost as much as the ailment’s victims. A Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University professor, however, is looking to stop the disease before it starts.

Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University will hold its Summer 2016 Commencement ceremony for the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ Campus on Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center.
Each summer, 15 female high school students receive a free, three-day camp experience through the Nikki Kukwa Memorial Aviation Fund and Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University’s College of Applied Engineering, Sustainability and Technology.
Three Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University at Salem students planned summer writing workshops for area kids, teaching youngsters how to travel to far off places through writing and by using their imaginations.
