Biography
After earning my Bachelor of Arts in Individual & Family Studies at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University I returned to KSU to work towards my Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education. Since graduating, I have been a preschool teacher in community child care and parent cooperative programs in northeastern Ohio. I came to the laboratory school in 1995 and I have served as the Coordinator of the Children's Program, a mentor teacher, and an ECED supervisor. I became the School Director in August 2022. I am also an Associate Lecturer in the School of Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum studies teaching courses in child development and preschool education. My professional interests are in the area of high quality early childhood programming and the role that university laboratory programs play in this.
