Neuroscience Club
The Neuroscience Club is an organization that serves to support undergraduate students in their exploration of neuroscience, which includes (but is not limited to) course material, research, and future career choices.
Through interactions with graduate students, full-time neuroscience professors, fellow undergraduate students, and the community, members of the organization shall enhance their understanding of the field.
Our club's mission is to initiate recognition of the field of neuroscience by exposing undergraduate students to neuroscience by: having meetings discussing topics of interest, lab sessions, providing information about career paths and graduate schools, and contacting labs on the Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University campus. As a partner of the Student Mental Health Coalition (SMHC), our organization additionally strives to spread awareness about mental health!
If you are interested in joining our organization, please fill out the Membership Form found on our homepage!
Attend our events to receive raffle tickets for our end-of-semester raffle!
We will be doing a raffle at our last meeting of each semester, with one winner taking home a neuroscience-related prize! You can earn tickets by attending our events throughout the semester. For events we're hosting, 1/2 a ticket for an event is earned by RSVPing, 1/2 is for attending. One raffle entry = 1 hour of event, so be sure to look out for our upcoming events!
