Flash Fellows

The Flash Fellows Program is designed for junior and senior students to integrate the leadership strategies they have learned and apply them to their life after Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University. This program will provide the opportunity to reflect on their leadership journey, connect them to mentors who offer valuable perspectives on leadership in a professional setting, and begin to think about how they will continue to increase their leadership efficacy after graduation. Participants will attend leadership development workshops throughout the semester, meet regularly with their assigned mentors, and create and present a short presentation on what they have gained from the experience.
