Women of Color Collective
The mission of the Women of Color Collective is to provide a platform which fosters the professional development, mental wellness, networking and personal growth of women-identifying faculty and staff of color at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University and their allies. The goal is to build a community among women of color at Ñý¼§Ö±²¥ State University, through guided conversations that make meaning of their intersecting identities as it pertains to their career journey. The Women of Color Collective is an initiative developed by the Women's Center Action Council.
The group typically meets once a month and discusses a variety of topics that support sisterhood and the advancement of women of color.
